At ShowItOff, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

2–4 business days for Metro Cities
5–8 business days for the rest of India

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

We offer FREE Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

A ₹100 Cash on Delivery charge will be applicable in addition to the product price.

Order Delivery Confirmation

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not personally received it, please check with:

Family members or others at your address
Neighbors
Building security personnel
Reception desk (for office or commercial addresses)

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the delivery status.

Change of Delivery Address

Customers are requested to carefully verify their shipping address before placing an order.

Once an order has been shipped, we are generally unable to modify the delivery address.

If a change request is received after dispatch:

We will attempt to notify the courier partner to return the shipment to us.
Any additional shipping or return-to-origin (RTO) charges incurred will be borne by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In cases where our courier partner is unable to deliver a prepaid order and the shipment is returned to us:

We may re-attempt delivery upon customer confirmation.
The re-shipment may be processed through India Post / Speed Post or another suitable logistics partner.

Additional shipping charges, if applicable, may be communicated before re-dispatch.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, ShowItOff shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Natural disasters
Weather disruptions
Government restrictions
Transportation strikes
Courier partner operational issues
Any other force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any significant delays.
